Are your wigs glueless?
Yes, all JE Luxe Har Collection wigs can be worn glueless.
How long will the wig last?
The longevity of your unit purely relies on you, your lifestyle, and how well you care for it. Your wig is a carefully machine/handcrafted piece of art that has been made with the highest quality. As long as you care for your wig, it will take care of you. At most, your lace will need to be replaced every so often. This time frame will depend on how you care for your wig and how often you wear it.
What is the best starter wig for beginner?
My suggestion would be starting with a lace closure unit, as they don't require a lot of maintenance because they have a smaller parting space. (Closure about 4-5 inches parting space and Frontal ear to ear parting space).
What is your return/ exchange policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not have a Return or Exchange Policy unless there is a mistake on our behalf, we will make the changes to correct it immediately.

How should I store my units when they aren't being worn?
We suggest purchasing a wig storage bag. Your units can be placed in these wig protective bags to preserve the style and keep it dust/ dirt free. You can purchase your wig storage bag here.
